You can fill out the sell my watch form here. Somebody from the Watch Paddle team will be in touch within one business day.

For verified seller listings, there are no returns, for Trusted Dealer listings, there are no returns unless clearly stated in the auction listing. We recommend asking all of your questions before the auction ends, as once you win the auction you are contractually obligated to complete the transaction.

Non-paying bidders will be permanently banned from the site, and their 5% buyer premium will not be
refunded.

If the watch is sold by an individual Verified seller, Watchpaddle will ship from our facility as soon as we receive payment, using overnight insured shipping. Our Trusted Dealer partners have 24 hours to ship your watch from time of payment, and must do so using overnight shipping.  This gets the watch on our winners’ wrists within 48 hours of auction end (sometimes sooner)!

If you purchase from Verified Private Sellers 

If the watch is being offered by a private seller, the watch must be shipped to Watch Paddle before listing for verification and basic testing and remain with Watch Paddle until the sale. Once the watch has been paid for via wire or by Credit Card (+3% fee), we will ship directly to the winner from the Watch Paddle facility using overnight insured shipping and we will send a check to the seller. This makes it easy for our buyers as they are dealing only with Watch Paddle once the auction closes. 

If you purchase from our Trusted Dealer partners

Payments are made to the seller of the watch. Most sellers accept wire transfer, and some will even accept credit card. The listing will outline what type of payment the seller accepts. Watch Paddle will charge 5% (+tax where applicable) of the hammer price to the winning bidder.
